I am stuck on BigFix IVR Access as shown in the picture. I can’t grant access because the button is greyed out, with a warning, “Insights does not have IVR data; IVR’s dataflow has to be run for the datasource.”
I would recommend open a support ticket, there is not much troubleshoot data available.
I’ve already completed the update process, but still the same issue .
