BigFix WebUI dashboard editing issue

Hi Everyone,

I am having some strange behavior of BigFix WebUI in our environment.
We have installed a webui on a windows 2012 server and it was working fine and able to see the tiles on overview page.

But when I edited some tiles, my overview page is stuck into loading from past more than 24 hrs and even ‘Edit Dashboard’ panel is missing, you can see in attached snap.
I have already tried to remove it(deleted folders also) and reinstall it, but no luck. Even tried to install on another system but facing the same issue.
Rest of the pages and tabs are working perfectly fine. Only having issue with overview page.

Any suggestions?

Is this in a DSA Environment?

What platform version are you running? Have you upgraded the platform since you installed the WebUI service?

Any more specific errors would be logged (for Windows) in the following:

(On the WebUI server): …/WebUI/logs/common.log
(On the BES Server): …/BigFix Enterprise/BES Server/BESRelay.log

We are using BigFix 9.5.5 and installed the same version of WebUI on different host.

That is interesting that the issue is so specific to the overview page.

You will likely have to file a PMR to get this resolved: How to ask for product help: PMRs, RFEs, and more

There may be a way to reset the overview to fix this, but I’m not sure how to go about that.
