BigFix Web reports Schedule activity not working

Hi All,

We are facing issue in Web reports, We have scheduled some reports where they are not getting scheduled. We are able to send the Test mails but not the scheduled reports.

Once we schedule the report to a schedule time, the time passes but the report is not sent and there is no change in the next time schedule.

Any help will be useful.

Did you ever get this resolved? I have 1 report that does not send.

Is it just one specific report that does not send? If so I would check the size of the report, it could be too big for the email system to allow it to be sent.

Jeff,

I made the change to just link the report and it seems to be sending so your hunch was probably correct.
