Getting error while upgrading the Bigfix server from 9.5.12 to 10.0.0 , First popup for bigfixserver.msi path after providing the temp folder path while it is getting exact when setup is run…
follow below steps & problem should be resolved.
Find below path HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Installer\Products
Export (backup) & Delete any entry which related to IBM BigFix Server.
Start your process again & you should not be seeing that error again.

Issue has been resolved… By below steps…
Browse to [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Installer\UpgradeCodes] and search for the string Remove the entry of above search string…from HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Installer\UpgradeCodes
