What link are you referring to ? Do you mean the On-demand URL ?
If you need to access machines which are on internet (no intranet connection) you need to use a Broker and use broker sessions.
If you need to open or join broker sessions from a computer on internet (no intranet connection) you can use the Lite Web Portal and you need a Broker for this.
Is that what you were asking for ?
