BigFix Test Lab Instance

Is it possible to get a personal license for BigFix to test in a test lab environment? We are running BigFix in our Enterprise and have a test and production instance but I would like to perform and installation and test out stuff that may impact our current test and production environments. Didn’t know if there was such a thing or if I can just install another instance with our current test environment information.

Some applications provide an “up to 10 hosts” or something like that to install and screw around with the product. I was looking around and didn’t see anything like that with BigFix so tossing it out here.

I don’t believe they provide a “Dev” license like that, but you can create a secondary masthead file that contains a small subset of your licenses.

There are posts on here about people who have done that.

We have done exactly as @cjwolford suggests to provide us with a dev environment.
