I am looking for BigFix Compliance Silent Patch deployment and deploy many patches without restart but I can not find the documentation related it.

For Patching, our patch fixlets generally already run silently. To group a defined set of patches to be deployed together, one would create a Baseline. Then take action on the Baseline, targeting a set of computers to apply the patches (each computer only applies those patches that are actually necessary/Relevant from the baseline; you don’t have to worry if the Baseline that includes a SQL patch is targeted to a computer without SQL, the computer would simply skip that one). In the Action Settings you define whether to reboot when the baseline is completed running (most patches will require a reboot, but you can run several patches together in the Baseline and have a single reboot after they’re all completed).
Baselines and their associated Actions can be run from the thick BigFix Console, or from the WebUI. Which tool are you more comfortable using?
