BigFix/ServiceNow integration

I have finally gotten a budget to have HCL do some consulting work to integrate BF into ServiceNow. Does anyone currently have integration into ServiceNow?

What were some of the requirements that you gave HCL or any other 3rd party vendor with the integration of the two?

Hi Robert,

HCL just made it a lot easier to do the integration yourself.

V1.2 of the Service Now Data Flow essentialy works straight off the back of fixlets.

We have our own custom built SNOW integration but the one out of the can is great :slight_smile:
