Does anyone knows if it’s possible to change BigFix serial number without the need to reinstall or install a new server?

Maybe @DanPaquette can help, maybe you can explain what you’re trying to accomplish?
I don’t think you can change the serial number of an existing server, but you can move your license allocations between serial numbers if you have multiple BigFix deployments and just need to move licenses between them.
The thing is that we had a serial number that was deativated, then HCL gave us a new one.
Now the issue is we cannot update the serial number in the current BigFix Server.
Can you define “deactivated”?
