We have Remote Control version 10.0.0.0818 and we are trying to make a target connection to a MAC book version 12.7.1 and when we go to the target, we see that the enter connection code option shows greyed out. I could see that there are some reg keys required to set up on a windows machine but could not find the documentation of settings to be done on MAC book to populate the option. Please suggest if there something we can in this scenario.

Hello VT,
It is possible that the target is not able to contact the Brokers either because of a network issue or because of misconfiguration. The Connection Code is not available if the target is configured to Unattended mode. Also a properly configured Broker List parameter should enable the menu entry. In Addition the proper Broker certificates must be loaded in the target trust store. The best option would be to configure the target from the BigFix Console Remote Control Site Target Configuration Wizard. Uncheck all options and configure only the broker list and the certificates while making sure unattended is Never.
For further assistance you may want to consider opening a support case as trace digging may be needed going forward.

Thanks a Lot Antonio, I believe the broker list is required to be updated on the target, so we did create a task of it using unattended to never and will deploy to the impacted targets.
