BigFix Relays Showing Offline.
I have checked the Telnet as well and all the Relays able to telnet at port 52311 to the Parent relay or Root Server.
Even then Relays showing offline. I have checked the these BigFix Relays have Actionsite Version less than the BigFix Root Server. Can this be the reason for these Servers offline.
Request you to please share your inputs if you also experienced this. BigFix Root Server Version is 9.5.14.73 and Relays Version also same.
