We have to proposed the patching solution for NON HA SAP Workload running on SUSE 12 SP3 for SAP OS Image pertains from AWS Market Place and HA SAP workload running on SUSE 12 SP3 for SAP OS Image from AWS Market Place running with SUSE HA Clustering Solution.
Workload consists SAP HANA / SAP Netweaver Applications.
We have proposed Bigfix to the customer however customer has asked for comparison in between BIGFIX Patching tool vs AWS Native SSM Patching Solution.

Hi All - we are also looking to patch SUSE Linux Enterprise Server for SAP Applications 12 SP4 which running on EC2 instances on AWS cloud. Unfortunately we have not found this OS category in supported OS list on BigFix site as per below link.

Can you share if any specific steps to follow to patch these server as we not able to see packages in relevant fixlets.
In our case , we have not purchased SUSE subscription directly from SUSE vendor and got same from AWS Vendor. Just let us know if we must be required subscription from SUSE vendor directly. Currently we are not able see any subscription on SCC portal and might be that one of the reason , Bigfix not able to pull Fixlets .
