BigFix Patching Actions Hungs with Pending Download status for majority of the clients

Hello Team,

I tried searching the forum for the below issue that I am facing, but nothing seems to be helping out.

Issue Description:

  1. Patching Actions reports as “Pending Downloads” status for majority of the clients

Did checked the parent relays for any issues, I don’t see any issues there as few clients reporting to the same relay was able to install the patch successfully, so I am convinced that there cannot be issues with network either.

From one of the client which I checked, shows the following lines

ActionLogMessage: (action:2341364) Non-Distributed - DownloadsAvailable
ActionLogMessage: (action:2341364) Busy after ProcessJobRequest - add to pending list for 1 hour

This keeps repeating in, I don’t see any open actions that are waiting for downloads on the client, But did client reset by removing __BESData folder completely, but no luck.

And one of the other client shows the below message,

ActionLogMessage: (group:2341239,action2341241) Non-Distributed - DownloadsAvailable
ActionLogMessage: (group:2341239,action2341241) Submitting download request
ActionLogMessage: (group:2341239,action2341241) Download url: 'http://download.windowsupdate.com/d/msdownload/update/software/secu/2019/04/windows8-rt-kb4493451-x64_3dc916ce497999c2f601142cf240596f43863647.msu
At 15:27:33 +0200 -
ActionLogMessage: (group:2341239,action2341241) JobFailed - cancel and fail action

So can anyone please help me out if anyone had come across similar situations? Thanks in Advance.
