Ubuntu 12.04 LTS is reaching end of life (EOL) in April 2017, after which Ubuntu will no longer provide further maintenance updates, including critical security upgrades. For more information about Ubuntu EOL, see https://www.ubuntu.com/info/release-end-of-life.
Moving forward, BigFix will no longer provide content and support for the Patches for Ubuntu 12.04 site after the said date. The Patches for the Ubuntu 12.04 LTS site will be deprecated in July 31, 2017, after which ‘Deprecated’ will be appended to the site name in the Overview dashboard.
If you haven’t done so, migrate to the later versions of the Patches for Ubuntu site:
- Patches for Ubuntu 14.04
- Patches for Ubuntu 16.04
Actions to take:
Migrate to the latest Patches for Ubuntu site.
