BigFix " Outdated VMManager" and "No Scan" issue

Hi Team,

we have a BigFix and ILMT environment setup with the latest versions.

In the ILMT Dashboard, I see the " NO Scan Data" and " Outdated VMManager" issues but in the BigFix console capacity scan fixlet status shows that action is completed successfully on those servers.

In the ILMT Dashboard, it’s showing last updated hardware results were 30 days back, but the run capacity fixlet is running every day successfully.

Are your imports running? Log into the ILMT dashboard and go to Management -> Data Imports. If imports are failing, you’ll need to troubleshoot the cause.

imports are running correctly, software data is UpToDate, only Hardware data is not updating.
