We are in the process of retiring BigFix in our company but we are still using it to patch 3rd party apps like Google Chrome etc. BigFix stopped downloading new Fixlets. We stopped paying for maintenance and there are no BigFix guru in the company. Please let me know what to look for and how i can resolve this issue.

I could be wrong, but I suspect it was a licensing issue related to the OP’s non-payment of maintenance. Have you opened a case with HCL directly? The forum is mostly frequented by volunteers or HCL employees providing informal support.

They stopped sending us 3rd party patch baselines because we did not renewed our maintenance.
