I’m unable to reset my password for bigfix.me. On the password reset page at https://bigfix.me/profile/ResetPassword, I enter my email address and it said invalid email address.
When I go and register a new account with the same email address, it said it already is in use and it sent me an email with my username.
Something is wrong with the password reset feature. I sent a contact form last week and have not received any response.
Anyone else having this issue?
