BigFix MDM - PPKG Sync Error


We have been working through the installment of the MCM and are up to testing enrollment with Bulk Enrollment. When sending the Bulk Enrollment action through the WebUI to a test Windows machine, the .ppkg installs correctly, but the sync fails with error code 0x80072f8f. Does anyone have any insight into how to address this error code/syncing issue?

When testing this with an agentless enrollment, we are able to hit our external splash page, authenticate successfully, and download the .ppkg. Once run, there is a notification that a provisioning error has occured with error code 0x80192ee7 displaying in the event logs.
