BigFix Management Domain Missing, No Content Visible in Console

Hello All,

I recently installed the BigFix application using License Authorization file for setting up ILMT. After the installation, it seems like no content is getting downloaded, BigFix management domain is not visible even though Server can talk to internet on both port 80 / 443. Have verified all the BigFix URL and all of them seems to be working as expected. below are the error i see in gatherdb.log

Unexpected Exception during gather of site bessupport: Http error 404.

Please let me know if any of you faced the same issue

You may need to open a support incident. The most common cause for that is an expired or invalid license, but if that’s occurring on a new install that would be surprising. It could also be related to proxy configuration. The support team can walk you through enabling further logging if needed.
