Bigfix Inventory SUA import taking too Long

Hi Team,

We have upgraded the Bigfix SUA to 9.2.6. After upgrading the initial import was completed in 7 hours . but the regular schedule import takes 18-19 hours to complete.

Need to help on this.

The import takes long time in below process:

Anything in tema.log on the BigFix Inventory server that might shed light on this issue?

How many endpoints are being imported at a time?

Its the Normal Scheduled Import . We usually scan our systems over weekened 8K endpoints.
But regular schduled scan is also taking 18 Hrs.

Hi,

To analyze there is a need to check import log. As it may contain sensitive data it is better idea to create a PMR in such case.

I my case the development team analyzed the Databases and told us to replace the jar file. PMR team would help you once you share logs

Can you tell me your database version?

If you can send me information on how you resolved this issue, send me a private message. I wonder if the import time has decreased after you update the JAR.

Once i replace the jar file. It worked find and import was normal.
