Hi,

Does BigFix Inventory spoke help in pulling data from the BigFix server while using it in ServiceNow? How does the BigFix Inventory spoke function?

Basically wanted a idea on BigFix inventory spoke.

Please help if you have an idea.

The BigFix Inventory (BFI) spoke is an older version of the integrator. There is a newer BigFix Inventory Service Graph connector app on ServiceNow.

Note that this connector is to send SW and HW information from BFI to CMDB.
There is a separate connector for BigFix platform.

No, The spoke is specific to BigFix Inventory. There is a different integration for the Platform, BigFix Data Flow.
