Bigfix Inventory not Reporting All Client Software

I am implementing Bigfix Inventory 9.2.3 and I am using Bigfix 9.2.5. I have run a software scan and upload on about 1600 clients, but only about 200 of those clients are actually reporting scan data. It looks like the scan is running successfully on the clients according to the Software Scan Status analysis. The only indication of an error is in the import log where I am seeing the following error 450+ times.

in file isotagsearch_0_4566417_isotag.zip. Check that the file contains valid XML scan data. SAM::IsotagFact skipping isotag file because of following error: Content is not allowed in prolog.

The solution to the problem was to restart the FILLDB service on the root server. I don’t know why this fixed the problem, but it did, and actually resolved three other issues: PVU data was not reporting and now it is, the VMManager is no longer in a pending state, and the warnings / errors in the import log went away.

The WARN you got looks like ISO tag included in “Microsoft Office 15 Click-to-Run Extensibility Component” is not correct.
