Under Total Matrics in Reports of BigFix Inventory only showing 359 registered users for Office 365 instead of the expected 4000, even though users were logged in and using Outlook/Excel during the scan, and the registry path HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Identity\Identities exists on working machines but is missing on non-working machines where the count is not reflected? Over the non working machines that registry was not created but user was logged in office 365 and using Outlook and excel(user logged in).
Kindly help me to understand why this behaviour is happening.
