Optimization for Catalog processing by removing old software signatures from BigFix Inventory main Catalog. Deleted 20+ signatures.

[Optional] To apply a new IBM catalog on top of BigFix Inventory 11.0.7/11.0.8 server, run the Server IBM ILMT Software Catalog Update Fixlet from the BigFix console and then wait for the next data import.
