BigFix Inventory 11.0.0. Upgrade Path Issue

Hi,

So, I just upgraded BFI from 10.0.16 using the “Upgrade to the interim version 11.0.0.0 of BigFix Inventory " and per this fixlet’s instructions, after the schema update, I should upgrade to 11.0.0. using the " Upgrade to the latest version of BigFix Inventory (11.0.0.0)” but in doing so, it says the latter fixlet is not relevant. So, I’m not sure if the interim fixlet upgraded the server to the latest release.

This is the relevance that failed:

(exists settings whose (name of it starts with “SUA_Server_Path” AND ((exists folder (value of it & “/properties/version”) AND exists files of folder (value of it & “/properties/version”)) OR (exists folder (value of it & “/iso-swid”) AND not exists file (value of it & “/iso-swid/hcltechsw.com_BigFix_Inventory_Server-11.0.0.0.swidtag”)))) of client)

Has this been seen before by anyone?

Version 11.0.0.0 is the current one, and you’re there now. The “interim” fixlet is being provided in anticipation of the release of version 11.0.1, and is for customers that will be upgrading from 10.0.10 or earlier.

In other words, as of now, either fixlet results in upgrading your BFI to version 11.0.0.0.
