Running BigFix Inventory 10.0.11. When creating a report for Microsoft Edge Versions, I am getting over 475000 rows. Looking at the computer name column I see a hige number of grayed out computer names with a red x. Mousing over these I see the message the agent was deleted. Only have 42000 computers in total. How do I remove these old systems.
If I run the same report for Chrome or IE I don’t see this type of issue. Any guidance would be appreciated
Looking deeper, If I run a software classification report where publisher is Microsoft and Component Name is edge I see the installation path can show up in C:\Program Files but also c:\users\user name\appdata\local\Microsoft\windows
I am thinking that is why I am seeing an excessive number in the Summer view. This is NOT the case with other browsers. What ever happened to the old days and regapps. Why is this reporting incorrectly in the summery view? Not sure how I need to filter this out in Inventory
