BigFix Insight connection error

Does anyone know what could be the cause of the connection error on BF Insights?

Which version of the Insights Application are you running? (https://help.hcltechsw.com/bigfix/10.0/webui/WebUI/Admin_Guide/c_manage_application_updates.html)

The ‘insights.log’ located in …\BigFix Enterprise\BES WebUI\WebUI\logs may help with troubleshooting.
