Bigfix External Content

Hello,

I noticed that the BigFix Console hasn’t been downloading the latest patches since December 2023. When I checked the Gatherdb log, I see that it’s skipping updates because it thinks the current version is the same as the one on the site. However, when I look at http://sync.bigfix.com/cgi-bin/bfgather/bessupport, it shows 1487, while I only have 1485. I’ve enabled verbose mode for gatherdb, but it’s not showing any errors. How can we resolve this?

The best course of action is to open a case with the HCL product support team, also check your license information if any expired items.
