we try to install BigFix evaluation v9.5 on Windows Server 2016 Standard. However, we can not download the evaluation license with the following problem:
If there’s nothing preventing the bigfix site to be contacted as pointed out in the tech note,
pretty sure it is a temporary issue, especially with evaluation license …
I don’t think can have something specific with the specific OS or OS flavor …
in any if the failure continue to occur, could make sense advice the Bigfix support team …
For us, it was a temporary issue with IBM License server. And if you still can not install the evaluation v9.5, I recommend you contact IBM (or maybe HCL now) to make sure it was their issue.
