Yesterday there was a release in the site “BigFix Scanner” for the fixlet “Install or Upgrade Scanner (11.0.43.0)” which in the actionscript states the sourceReleaseDate as July 23, 2026.
Today in the site “BigFix DEX” there is a fixlet “DEX-(11.0.43.1)-Install or Upgrade Scanner”, but in the actionscript it states the sourceReleaseDate as July 20, 2026.
The new .1 in the BigFix DEX site appears to reintroduce the 7za version 25.01 instead of the re-released .0 from the Scanner site that mitigated a security concern by patching 7za to 26.02.
If the “.1” release is required for DEX, when can we expect to see a re-released fixlet which includes the security patch?
