After implementing Bigfix inventory I created a testing contract with the group of 3 computers. All were done correctly but after import I hover over contract usage report and there is no licensed computer in the specified contract. Can anyone identify why it is not showing any licensed computer?
Which software are you trying to track ? and its paper license or on-line activation?
It’s online activation. I’m trying to track foxit reader.
