Hi,
We suddenly occur an issue about Bigfix Console. It would show “class undefinedFormatVariable” error message and close by itself. And it works fine in English. It only occurs in Chinese Traditional.
Anyone could help with the error?
Bigfix version is 9.5.6.63.

As first could attempt to update all sites enabled, it is possible the problem has been already fixed, and/or disable not more used sites, hoping it is one of them …
Otherwise is better involve the support team, providing the list of sites You have enabled while the problem is occurring …
