Hello
Bigfix Console needs to install some packages(For example exe,zip,tgz etc) in Install or Upgrade Scanner task.
The task tries to download some packages from software.bigfix.com. My server don’t have access to software.bigfix.com. So, my task is waiting pending download status.
Is there any way to use proxy to download relevant packages in Bigfix Console?

The BigFix Console does not do the downloading, the BigFix Server handles this. If your environment requires using a Proxy to access the internet to download files, you can following the instructions in the Setting a proxy connection on the server section of the platform installation guide.
