Bigfix Console logon error after restart of machine

After restarting my Windows 10 machine I do get an error attached when I log on to the Bigfix console. As a workaround I uninstall and reinstall the console then it works fine. Again after reboot the error reoccurs, do anyone face this issue if yes any solution, please?

As visible from the error, it is as there’s something is locking a file should be read from the Bigfix console only.

This sound like the AV exclusion is not properly in place …
