When I look at the list window in the BigFix Console v9.5.6.63 I am getting “” messages. Has anyone ever ran into this. Some are grayed out but some are black.
Have you tried clearing your Console cache?

That was the first thing I tried. Thanks for the response.
Sometimes, when you click on the Summary Tab, it shows why you are getting the error.
Are you getting valid results for any computer results? I’d suggest you probably need to open a PMR. To me this looks like it could be a permission issue on your operator account rather than the computer results themselves. Do these same machines look correct for other operators?
Make sure You have all analysis activated for required sites. Also please look BigFix Deployment Health Checks.
