I have moved bigfix server from one server to another. DNS mapping is pending yet. I wanted to login to the console via localhost. but the Windows login credentials session is greyded out . so how can I log in to the console?Screenshot 2024-01-23 115234

Here is an explanation for it:

  • The console “User Windows Session Credentials” is tied to domain authentication and will only be visible if your machine is part of an AD domain.

  • Local Windows authentication is not supported; you may use identical IDs, but the first must be created within BigFix.
