Is anyone seeing two sites for this checklist, one with version 11 and one with version12? This is breaking the License Overview dashboard.

Yes, there was a publishing error when the checklist was updated. I’m afraid you’ll need to delete the old version of the site from your console using the instructions at https://support.hcltechsw.com/csm?id=kb_article&sysparm_article=KB0099463

Was there an announcement regarding this error that I might have missed?

Hello, no you have not.
The KB linked by Jason provides info on how to self-fix the issue. On a wider scope, as issues like this already happened in the past, we are looking at what we can do to mitigate the effects of this problem, and to prevent similar problems to happen in the future.

Thanks
