BigFix Compliance Remediation task getting failed

Hi All,

We have bigfix compliance version 2.0.13.12 and managing with CIS standard checks.
We could see some checks showing as non-compliance in SCA console and we are trying to remediate the same checks from BigFix Fixlet, the action line all showing completed but the status showing failed.
Below is one of the checks remediation.

Open and support ticket.

From first glance, the accent was relevant for that machine, the action finished with exit code 0 but when it failed to meet the success criteria of the action.

The support team should assist you in this scenario, because there can be an issue with the action script, for the relevance statement.

If you want to do some troubleshooting on your end, I suggest to install a vanilla version of the OS which you’re trying to hardening (not from a Template) and then apply again - I had an issue with a customer that’s changed the configuration file in a way that caused the check to be relevant but the action script couldn’t resolve it

Can you please specify which CIS Checklist and Fixlet are you facing this issue?

We are trying to use CIS Checklist for RHEL 8 OS and Fixlet name “Ensure use of Privileged commands are collected”
But we have more that 30 checks having the remediation failed issue with the same site.
