BigFix clients stays at <not reported> for a long time, afterwards status changes to 'Complete'

Hi,

Just a minor issue, not sure if this is issue at all or this is how BigFix works. After I launch a Fixlet, for example: ‘Upload Sofware Scan Results’, which should start immediately, computers stays at for a long time, even if its ‘Last Report’ refreshes every few minutes. And after a while, lets say few hours, or the next day, the action completes. Why does it take stay so long at ‘not reported’ status? Shouldn’t it be immediate action if actions says: “It will run at any time of day, on any day of the week.”
