Bigfix client not connecting to Bigfix relay or Server

Hi All,

We have once client where we are facing some issues like all clients not registering with Bigfix Relay or server. All network requirements are fulfilled(52311 TCP/UDP, HTTP). Tried to communicate client on IP but no luck.

Client registration get failed ???

Can you share the logs here?

Don’t forget that the Client must be able to resolve the server name (DNS, hosts file, etc.)
