Hi,
I’m getting this error message while trying to install the client on a machine. The attached screenshot details the error. The OS is Win 2003.

I think this error indicates that your InstallShield engine on this computer (that was leftover from some previous install) is somehow corrupted… You might try renaming this folder: C:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield and then run the install package again and see if it works…
You might also try running the MSI installer.

I remember digging for this a couple years back with a relay that would not install.
Renaming the folder: C:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield was the fix…

I have also found that this type of error happens when a machine hasn’t been rebooted in a very long time. I would first reboot the machine and then start renaming folders and using the MSI installer.

Yes. But the problem is, this is a server and hence, cannot be rebooted.
But anyway, it worked when I used the MSI folder. I didn’t have to rename the InstallShield folder. Thanks for the help, people!
