I like to know if there is any bigfix client for medical equipment’s such as XRAY scanners or ultra sound machines.

The TEM/BigFix agents are compatible with OS types regardless of the purpose of the machine the OS is running on. So, if a machine happens to be running XP Embedded then, yes, the Agent will run on it. However, the more important question is whether or not you are allowed to install the software on the device. Most medical devices have very strict guidelines about what software can be installed on them, depending on the country’s laws, of course.
