Can you please tell me what the reason could be for such an error? Can’t download updates.
The actual file that sits in that URL which the fixlet uses was replaced afterwards, so its hashes (maybe even size) no longer match, hence the failure. You need to update the hashes/size (anything that no longer matches). If this is HCL-delivered fixlet, you’d need to raise it through Support and they’d take care of it; if it’s a custom fixlet you need to do it yourself.

Your screenshot has a URL that might or might not be sensitive to you.
The URL did work for me, I downloaded the current file and the SHA1 of the file served to me is 80faba536c890f6173aa6cbc904eeb4e4025ff75
Sounds like the Fixlet needs to be updated with new file size and sha1, as the download file may have been changed by it’s owner.
Is it a custom Fixlet or a Fixlet in an HCL provided external site?
