Does anyone have worked on bigfix service now integration for patching activity. We have requirement to trigger the patching in bigfix through service now once the schedule start.
We do not have an out-of-box product for that, but it would be possible to write an integration using the REST API to send patching actions.
Our Services team has developed customer solutions in this area, but because the ServiceNow workflows can be highly customized in each deployment I’m not sure a “general” solution is feasible.
