BigFix AIX Reporting Wrong Oslevel

We have installed client with latest level of BigFix 9.5.9 .

The client is running on oslevel —> 7100-04-05

We have checked the oslevel -s and oslevel -rl 7100-04 with no filesets missing or in inconsistent state .

BifFix is reporting in qna session .

Q: current service pack of operating system
7100-03-06-1546

Server has been rebooted and client agent re-installed . Can some please help us why BigFix is reporting wrong OS level .

Also can someone please explain where is BigFix pulling the oslevel information from ? Which file ?

@saurshar you can try by changing the evaluation time of the analysis. By default the evaluation period is set to one day.

You may need to open a PMR. Something with your system files is telling the agent to report this value. As I note you are using qna, did you run qna as root to validate as well?

Hey, I see this is an older thread but quicky regarding the same.

I just activated this function, how long before it will populate the results, default is 1 day but does it wait a whole day before I will see the oslevels? thanks
