I have an issue where the fixlets I download and copy to the airgapped network vanish from the sha1 directory after 24 hours and stop all the patches running. Is there a setting that is being used to refresh this data?

There’s a limit to the size of the sha1 folder, and the BES Server will remove the oldest files when the size is exceeded. For Airgapped, systems you will almost certainly need to increase it.

In the BES Support site, see Task 148 “BES Relay / BES Server Setting: Download Cache Size”. The default sha1 size is 1 GB. In my environment I’ve had to increase it to 1 TB and will probably need to go higher as I move into more BigFix OS Deployment tasks.

Must have missed this setting when setting up the airgap server.
