We have upgraded to 9.5.2 . The Filldb gets stuck and getting following error in filldb.

Have you raised a PMR ? I’d recommend you do if you are still having this problem.

Did any one find the FillDB issue after upgrading to 9.5.2 ?
After the upgrade to 9.5 the FILLDB crashes while processing
client reports if they include an unexpected report encoding
value
e.g. ReportEncoding: hp-roman8
The following error is logged in the FillDB log file:
Error while recoding query results. UErrorCode=4
[U_FILE_ACCESS_ERROR] in ucnv_open
The problem was due to the encoding used by the 9.2 clients
connected to the environment. As indicated in the following
technote, for clients having a version between 9.2.0 and 9.2.5
a restart of the client was needed after the download of the
client itself of the updated masthead:

Local fix
Restart all the unix clients using the proper BESSupport
fixlets/tasks. Clean up the filldb buffer dir of the existing
reports every time the filldb crashes. The filldb restart may
be required several time unless all the reports sent before the
clients restart will be consumed.
