BigFix 10.0 patch 10 is now available!

The following features:

• Relay Drive Space Protection From Downloads
• Plugin Portal - Optimized devices data serialization
• New set of REST APIs

are already part of BigFix platform 11.0. We decided to release them in 10 stream as well, to facilitate our customers during the upgrade time. 11.0 is BigFix main code stream, and new features and functions will in general be provided on that stream (exceptions may apply).

With respect to:

• Use “Microsoft Print to PDF” printer driver for exporting PDF reports in Web Reports

this is not available in 11.0 out of the box, but it can be enabled in 11.0 deployments by running a Task in BES Support site.

BigFix Platform 9.5.23 and 10.0.10 introduced the capability to generate PDF reports using the “Microsoft Print to PDF” printer driver. The same possibility has been extended to BigFix platform version 11.0, and the BigFix team recommends that you take advantage of it. In order to do so, in your BigFix 11 deployment, run Task ID 5511 (“BES Web Reports: Enable PDF Reports”), available in BES Support site version 1484 and higher.
