When i check bigfix console, it shows greyed out for one of my server and it is not sending heartbeats to relay servers because when i send refresh then it gets alive for 45 minutes which is set as configuration.
Please suggest , how can i fix this issue so that bigfix client can connect to relay or send heart beats in specific interval else it goes greyed out or offline.
