I am been working off the support’s documentation for the BigFix and ILMT for version 9.2.0
I downloaded the installer and the available version from our support site is for BigFix version 10.0.5
The instructions on the website don’t match the installer’s initial steps. In the documentation, we start by creating the license key and masthead files. In the installer, it is asking for the files, with no way to create. I attempted to put a support ticket in via our Passport Advantage Online account, but it appears support is handled by HCL for these questions. I tried logging into HCL for support, but it does not recognize me.
I have submitted a question to the help desk of IBM, but wondering what the heck is going on.
